    Earth Burgers (lentil burgers)
    Sauteed Asparagus w/ EVOO & Garlic
    Roasted Butternut Squash

    Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana (rolled in chopped walnuts)

    I'm with you suzie- i don't make a hard core menu, but i keep a well stocked pantry and anticipate that we'll have certain meals, so there is always provision for those meals we plan on having... but i don't stick by a weekly schedule.

  • Turning left over chicken into BBQ ckn sandwiches. W/steak fries, celery & carrot sticks w/ranch. Some of my kid faves.... and I'm feeling lousy today so left over magic it is!

  • How do you know what groceries to buy if you don’t have your meals planned in advance? How do you know if you have all of the ingredients in the house if you haven’t made a list based on your meal plan.

    Sunday – chili
    Monday – peanut noodles
    Tuesday – stirfry
    Wednesday – lasagna
    Thursday – curry
    Friday – breakfast: oatmeal pancakes and fruit salad
    Saturday – out

    Week of 10/25
    Sunday – bean and vegetable sloppy joes
    Monday – Mexican lasagna
    Tuesday – southwest falafel
    Wednesday – stirfry
    Thursday – zucchini enchiladas
    Friday – stroganoff
    Saturday – Halloween black and orange quesadillas

    Week of 10/18
    Sunday – black bean soup, quesadillas,
