i need help lossing weight... i can workout and not eat after 5 and still i dont lose weight ... does anyone have any advise...

  • Go to your doctor. Maybe they can do some blood work and make sure everything is normal. Also you need to make sure you are burning more calories than you are taking in.

  • I would also be curious what you are eating ..I agree with asking your doctor as there could be a medical condition that could be preventing you from losing weight.Plus make sure you are taking in the right amount of calories.

  • Start replacing your white/simple grains (white rice, white pasta, white bread, you get the picture) with whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, barley, quinoa, whole grain bread, etc.).
    Now cut way back on (or eliminate) meat and dairy. Eat at least one serving of legumes a day: beans, lentils, tofu, etc.
    Eating healthy, combined with the great exercise that you are doing, will have you at a healthy weight in no time
