ovulation test wrong?

So here's the deal. My last period started on Oct. 1st. I took my Clomid and then tested for ovulation for 20 days. It never showed anything. Now, I'm a few days late. I did test 4 days ago and it was negative. So my question is if anyone else has gotten pregnant even though ovulation tests said they didn't ovulate?

  • Yep. If you are taking Clomid because of PCOS, the ovulation test may never show up as ovulating, even if you are, in fact ovulating.

  • Clomid really messes with ovulation tests, I wouldn't even bother using them if you are on clomid

  • The endocronologist told me to use the tests. Who knows. I'll test in a few days.
