  • Eat things that are high in healthy fats & high in protein. You body craves it because that is how your body is used to getting those things, by eating meat. Eat avocados, nuts, fake meat products, eggs, milk, cheese. If you keep these things in your diet, you will crave meat less. You need to make sure you get adequate fats & proteins.

  • idk.... maybe eat meat 5 times a week, you might get sick and tired of it. i was thinking that if i could cut out hamburger i could become one, i had so much chicken at one point i never wish to touch it again. steaks and all that dont really reveal to me but i think the whole point in becoming one is to support live animals from being eaten, even though tons of pple dont support it, your just one person to help start it..you have to become dedicated.

  • I've never had any. Try some Boca burgers or some other faux meat.

  • I like Morningstar Farms products. Their Philly cheesesteak burger patties are good, as are the corn dogs and the "crumbles" which resemble ground beef. Also, portobello mushrooms grilled and topped with some provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato makes a good portobello burger.
