Anyone know of a good, low-fat, low calorie veggie dip?

I am hoping for something with low sugar...low fat, basically healthy for my daily veggies.

  • 1 - 16 ounce container fat free cottage cheese

1 pack hidden valley ranch mix (dressing or dip)

Put cottage cheese in blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add pack of Hidden valley ranch mix. Cover, and refridgerate overnight so the powder has time to disolve. Serve with veggies.

The great taste of veggie dip with only 80 calories per 1/2 cup and no fat!!
