Sesame Street or Dora? What one is better for learning?

I have my kids mostly watch sesame street on demand when they watch TV. Do you think the other show's on sprout are better?

  • I liked them both for my kids. The thing I like about Dora was she got the kids interacting with Sesame Street they are just watching, at least my kids. Blues clues was good for this too. Mine are way older now so I haven't watched those showes in a long time.

  • sesame street, I grew up on it. Dora is cute, and helpful, but Sesame Street is still #1 too me. :)

  • I prefer Sesame Street, but I think Dora's cute in her own way too (maybe let your kids watch an episode every now and then for a change?)

  • I don't like sprout as much as Nick Jr...formerly known as Noggin. But I think Sesamee is good in regards to repitition just like Dora is. My kids are 3 and 4 and Noggin is very preschool based programing. I even like some of the stuff on Disney too. We pick and choose.
