My 22 month old picks her scapes off, help

Every bump she picks at until they scab over then ripes that off several times a day, keeping it from healing. Banaids and ointment help, but banaids iritate her skin causeing more bumps that she picks at. Also unless the band aid completly covers the wound she finds a way to pick it off or just get her little finger in there. How do I get her to leave them alone so they can heal?

  • also, there are bandaids i use for a similar problem that are called "tattoos" and are thin, thin, thin plastic you have to apply and then peel the paper off. they're just bandaids but i think the design is to be waterproof. it's much harder for lil fingers to pry off or get in there. good luck!
