How do you cook small yellow squash?

  • Slice it thin and either steam it or boil it with some butter, seasoning salt, and onion.


    Slice it thin, toss it in cornmeal, and fry it with potatoes and onions.

  • Cut them in 1/2 fill up with butter put them in a cake pan with water in it and bake on about 350 until tender.

  • i make mine cut them in slices and cook em in butter until soft

  • Slices cooked in olive oil until brown. Add some diced tomatoes toward the end of cooking. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. It is really good. I usually put in some zucchini too.
