DOES PLACENTA PREVIA GO AWAY?

I just found out that i have placenta previa and i am carrying twins. I was put on bed rest and well I'm not sure what to think or if it will last my whole pregnancy.Ii am 14 weeks and kinda scared can anyone give me some advice about it and what there exp. was in this situatution. thanks

  • At this early, you have a good chance of it going away, yes. Because your uterus will grow more than usual, maybe you have a better chance!

  • I've seen statistics between 75 and 90% of the cases diagnosed by 20 weeks correct themselves by 36 weeks. So your odds are really, really good that the placenta will move out of the way as your uterus continues to expand. Hang in there and good luck!!
