  • First of all, what's the matter? Maybe you could take a walk, take a trip, something to clear your head...meet up with a friend to talk.

  • call someone and talk about it. If the 1st person doesn't answer the phone...call someone else. Turn on some music that makes you want to dance, turn it up and sing your heart out. That always gets me in a better mood. Lastly...BREATHE! It will be ok.

  • Aw, well we all have days like that!! You really should just talk to someone, let someone else know what's going on. Maybe go have a girls day. What ALWAYS helps me is a bubble bath, lights off, candles lit, music on...seriously. :)
