leftover pot roast

can i make sheperd's pie with it. i have alot left. i know is usually groundbeef. and if so do u know how to make it.

  • I did this. It was fantastic!! In a casserole dish - I just cut it up real small, mixed it with gravy. I added a fried onion I think. I put corn over it all. The I topped it off with leftover mashed potatoes. I even sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on the top and then baked it. It was SO good!

  • yes, just shred or chop the beef. You can also make tacos, enchiladas, bbq sandwiches, stroganoff... anything you would use ground beef for.
