What exactly does Kegals do?

I know how to do them, but what exactly does it do? Does it make it feel less "loose"?

  • It strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. Yes, it will make you feel "tighter", and it will help avoid incontinence issues, and you'll be less likely to tear during childbirth. It's especially useful for incontinence.
