gosh do you ever feel mad at the world?

I really need to center and ask Jesus to help me.

Are there days when every little thing bothers you?

  • Yes!!! I do have those days. You're not alone. Take some time for yourself as well as asking Jesus for help. That can relax you. Have a good evening!

  • Oh, yeah. I definitely have days like that. I take a moment for myself, take a few deep breaths and say a prayer. If I'm in a really bad mood I'll give myself a "time-out" if I can. Meaning that I will just go lay down in bed, even if I stay awake until I feel better.

  • Sure. I would be surprised if someone hadnt had a day when they just wanted to scream outloud at some of the crud that happens daily.

The walls fall in but the dont fall on me.

  • I think we all do, it's part of being human :)

  • If you never feel made at the world you lack human emotions to be honest.

  • Yes, and sometimes the world seems to make it worse. The poster who said you might need some time for yourself is probably right, even if it's just a few minutes. For me music, a nice hot shower, and sometimes a nap work wonders.

  • I'm not so much mad at it today as disgusted by it. But yes.

  • that's what I call, "Just one of those days" were you wake up, and it starts. Either you spill your coffee, run out, or whatever, and everything else, for the rest of the day, just seems to go like the first hour of the day went. To get through days like that, I just laugh it off, saying, It's just one of THOSE days. People are then aware, I'm having a bad day, so tread lightly, but also know I'm trying to make the best of a bad day.

  • Not mad at the world just a lot of irritable days. So if I get snippy I'm sorry. Waiting on a total hip replacement in February. So the pain I'm ignoring gets to me and don't realise it.
