Acording to the internet there have only been 6 cases of babies born alive with monosomy 21, ever!
There is a website for people with rare diseases called NORD. They have discussion boards and you can get emails every day. My three children, grandson and I hare a rare genetic disorder and I used to be part of NORD discussion boards. It started turning into mainly 'normal' people giving their symptoms and expecting others to diagnose them with a rare disease. I got bored with it. It may meet your needs.

my kid specifically has monosomy 21 with ring chromosome 21 which is why her case is quite unique compared to the other monosmy 21 cases.

I have a son with special needs. He is undiagnosed, but strongly suspected of having some type of mitochondrial disorder.
