1/2 a flu shot..........

My godson is currently 7 months. Last month during his 6 month wellness exam he got the 1st part of the flu shot.... and now there's no other portion to give him.

Is that dangerous?
Did it help at all?

  • My pediatrician said that this flu season they want everyone to get 1 shot first and then they might give out a second dose...
But one dose should be fine... he'll still build an immunity it just won't be as high

  • No, it's not dangerous and he should be fine. The first time my son got the flu shot, he only got the first dose and he was fine. It will still help. No need to worry.
