Help! My daughter has terrible posture. What can I do?

She takes gymnastics but is always slouching.

  • Ballet lessons....just the basics.
    Trust me....it will do wonders not only for a child, but also for an adult who just wants an activity to stay healthy and active. :)

  • They do make posture bras that would make her correct her posture. The trick is in getting her to wear it!

  • I have no advice but the ballet lessons too. I cant afford them for my self. i to also have bad posture and i slouch when i sit on a chair, sofa or walk. it actually hurts to sit up straight or walk straight for some weird reason and i get very very tired from walking straight. i dont know why! But i also have scoliosis, its not that bad, its very mild. you cant tell.
