Who to contact in Cleveland for child protective services?

I have looked online and yellow pages, can't find anything. It must be called something different here than CPS or I just don't know what to look for. Never needed this info before.

  • In Youngstown its listed in the Government section, under State, as Job and Family services department. Sub heading CPS helpline-- the number is 1-855-635-3748. My guess they will refer you to whom you need to speak to.
