Fixing food. We have the worst food quality in this country. Regulatory bodies are bought off by lobbyists. School lunches are worse than prison food. People here eat crap and get sick from it.

Honestly...I'd start improving the ghetto. Better schools with better education, affordable and reachable healthcare roads, housing, and etc. The best minds are limited to middle class goals that are unrealistic, and damn near impossible to reach.

Wow, anon. You really need to get a glass of wine and mellow out a little. Rush Limbaugh isn't even a little part of our life. If you don't like him, don't listen to him. Reduce your stress. Learn to change the channel.

Close our borders, alot of our problems stem from the over-taxing affects the never ending title wave of illegals from all nations are causing.

Would work with the Congress to get the Fair Tax in place will save billions every year and would increase tax revenue. There are almost not ways to get around it since imported items the rich tried to ship in would have an even higher tax. Would cut spending and not go with the highest bidder like our Gov does now for everything. Would revamp Medicare and cut wasteful spending. Things can be bought for half of what Medicare spends. Would work to get tort reform and work to regulate the insurance industry so everyone can have access without having to give up more freedoms. Get rid of the war on drugs and wage a war on pedophiles. I would encourage states and our own federal government to enforce life sentences on those who commit rape, molest and incest. You keep these guys off the street over time there will be fewer people being harmed and less drug use.
Just some of my ideas. Bash I don't really care.

Honestly...I'd start improving the ghetto
The government cannot improve the ghettos. The people who live in them have to start policing themselves and allowing the police to do their jobs. We have an area in our city that was one of the best places to love 40 yrs ago, now it is a ghetto because the people that moved in made it that way. I think that its crazy that some people think that this is something we should waste tax dollars on. The money will continue to be a waste as long as the people who live in the ghettos dont take a stand, and thats not racism. There Are many p[ositive stories of high crime areas that have taken their area back by forcr of wiull.

Are you clueless to how much money has been poured into these areas over the yrs since the "war on poverty" started?? As anon 1155 said the PEOPLE have to do it.
