Is it OK to have dessert every night if you eat really healthy all day?

  • In moderation, yes. However, since your body decreases it's useage of calories thru the day, you'd be better off to have a dessert earlier in the day.

  • That depends . . . are you trying to lose weight or just maintain your current weight? If you're trying to lose, probably not.
