  • I would make a law that all laws are null and void except the first 10 (kill, steal, lie, covet, etc) and then we would start over. There would be a restriction on language of the new laws (legal ease) and length of wording (2 pages max.)!

  • Let personal businesses make their own decisions. Like the smoking ban for instance. If you own a bar or rest it should be your right to allow smoking if chosen. If youre paying the taxes and other bills then you should be able tomake your own decisions

  • It's not a law, per se, but I'd love to bring public executions and public punishments back. The crime rate would plummet if criminals and budding criminals could SEE what would happen to them. Rapists, murderers, and child molesters should be put to death, and once you're sentenced to death, you get 1 appeal and 30 days. None of this 40 years in a cushy prison crap. You get the death sentence and you die within 30 days.
You steal, rob, assault someone, you get days in the stocks (out in a public place, no matter the weather so the criminal is good and humiliated) and a public whipping (flogging). Punishment to be carried out within 24 hours of sentencing.
