How much work is TOO much work?

I'm 25w and was just wondering what exactly is overdoing it? And I also heard your not supposed to reach up while pregnant is that true and if so can you still stretch and bend over?

  • You can continue the type of activity your body was use to before pregnancy, yes you can bend and stretch and put your arms over your head, that is an old wives tale and false. Placing your arms above your head will not make the cord wrap around the baby's neck. Do what is comfortable to you, you may never find a time that you are uncomfortable or in a few more weeks you may find you are unable to do something because now it is uncomfortable. Listen to your body..
