  • 700.00 with insurance and taxes too. I have a three bedroom one bath, my other house was 680. a month with insurance and taxes but it was smaller.

  • I live in Oklahoma. Our house in new, just got built. 1800sq feet. Mortage ,taxes and insurance it is $1100.00.

  • Ours is just shy of $1500 a month, plus about $200 for taxes and $38.50 a month for HOA dues.
    I can't remember how much our homeowners insurance is.

    OP, We own a home in another state, so We pay a mortgage AND a rent. Our mortgage is nearly $1050/month (my Husband got an 80/20 loan when We bought it due to crappy credit at the time)..if We didn't have a renter in there, We'd have lost it a looong time ago!
