Is this in indication of what their customer service is like?

I have been trying to get ahold of this broadband internet service provider all morning. I have been put on hold for at least 20 minutes now. Is this a good indication of what I will have to go through if I need customer service if I have a problem with their service?

  • Well, in the early morning, its going to be busy. Some places tell you while you're on hold that the best time to call is so-in-so hours so you won't have a long wait time. I'd say if they handle your call efficiently once you get in, that would be more what I based customer service on. Although it does suck to be on hold!

    We have been on hold before with the electric company for hours before

  • yep! But then again it's monday morning so I'm sure they are just getting everyone who had weekend problems calling in
