How do you keep apple wedges from turning brown when stored in the fridge?

  • brush them with a little lemon juice. and store airtight

  • Sometimes I use a splash of lemon juice. When I'm cutting oranges I squeeze the orange over the apples and that works too. It's not as bitter as the lemon.

  • I just buy precut apples in bags lol..I have never had a brown apple problem lol

  • Mix some lemon juice and a little salt in some water. Let apples float in this solution for about 10 minutes. Take them out, but leave them wet with solution and put in airtight container. Works for me.
