How can I get tootsie roll out of my carpet?

  vinegar and baking soda. let it sit for a minute then scrape it up. should come out easily.

  Try scraping at it with a knife, or stiff bristled brush.

  Put ice on it to turn the goop hard, then you can easily break and scrape it off the fibers.
