what does pasta do to you ?

does it just make you fat?

What I mean is...meat cloggs your ateries, veggies give you gas...what about pasta...or fruits??

  • Pasta is a carb. Great for an initial boost of energy, but turns to sugar pretty quick. It's bad for people w/ diabetes b/c it does weird things to blood sugar.

    You most certainly do taste the difference! The taste is wrong, the texture is wrong. Of course, I think that about any store bought pasta ~ I make my own.

    I also agree with Bridget, it makes me sing!
