  • At our house, was supposed to be at the park but it was pouring down rain. Just family and close friends. It was a football theme.

  • At our house, smiley face-happy theme, family, friends, presents (way too many, but fun!) and 2 cakes. One little block for him and one for the rest.

  • TIP: No brightly colored frosting on the baby cake! The last 1st b-day party I attended created blue and red poops for all attendees under age 5. Bad stuff.

  • For his party we had everyone, family friends and an under the sea theme. Cake and games and plenty of food, sun and fun!!!
On his actual birthday we had a nice little family dinner. He loves ground meat (most kids do I assume) so I made him meat loaf with a red pepper sauce (family fav) and corn on the cob. He had a full set of teeth and had been showing interest in eating our cobs. It was too cute!

  • Small party with just us. Did cupcakes and a couple of balloons and gifts.

Sang Happy Birthday when we gave them their special cupcake and that was that.
