Please give me your ideas...I am at a loss. My brilliant 6 year old STILL writes some letters and numbers backwards!

He is 6. He did a year of 4 year old K, a year of preschool 5's and now public Kindergarten. All 3 years he practiced writing.

He is brilliant. Reads, adds, subtracts. Gets 100's on all of his papers. I am sooooo proud of him.

But he still comes home with backwards letters and numbers. Always the same ones.

We have practiced practiced practiced and told him to look at posters on the wall before he writes just to be sure.

Whats the deal? Do you think he may need glasses or have very mild dyslexia?

I am getting concerned since it doesn't seem to "fit" with the rest of his schooling.
