What is some of the best choices to help relieve cramps/bloating/hurting/moodiness and all other symptoms that go along with your cycle? Also, I have noticed my husband seems to retain water and be irritable also during that time.,,is this normal?

  • A low fat, vegan diet.

  • Midol, heating pads, herbal tea, and yeah - a vegan diet.
