Like PP said, frozen milk is better than formula, fresh better than frozen and from the tap, best.
Freezing does kill some of the anti-bodies and enzymes and any food left for any period of time will start to loose nutrients. So, if you have the option... straight from the tap whenever possible, fresh as the next choice and frozen as a last resort.
Also, freeze and dethaw some first to check that you don't make too much lipase. It will cause your milk to change taste (and it will smell and taste bad). Some women have the issue, not all... flash boiling before freezing will fix it.
