  • I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean without someone knowing you are trying to lose weight? Whose business is it anyway and why are you worried about what people think. I hope you are doing this for your health and not for someone else.

I help people who want to seriously lose weight through a system called The Reset. It is a series of bars and shakes. It is not a diet. If that is what you are needed you can send me a message for more info.

  • The Reset IS a diet. A diet IS what you consume (ie., the kinds of things you ea and bars and shakes are food)

  • ea = eat

  • Just eat smarter options (ie grilled chicken instead of fried, etc), watch portion size, and sneak in exercise when you can.

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Don’t buy junk food
Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
Cut way back on meat and dairy.

Tell your family that you have decided that you all need to eat healthier so you will live longer.
