spermicide while breastfeeding?

everything i have seen says that using spermicide is considered a non-hormonal/barrier method and is safe to use while breastfeeding. i just wanted to make sure that was true. has anyone heard anything bad about it? thanks.

  • Completely safe. As long as you're not putting it on your nipples. (Which would be compltelyineffective anyway...)
