How can I get my hair to grow longer?

I've tried everything. Not trimming, trimming all the time, vitimins, even pregnancy didn't help. It's not breakage that's keeping it from getting longer, it's actually really healthy and I don't have any split ends, even though I haven't had it trimmed in about 9 months.

I've always wanted hair to the small of my back. It will only go to about the middle :(

Anyone know how to get it to grow longer?

  • Some part of it is genetics. Some people's hair just wont get that long.

  • I have the same problem. When I was younger I had hair down to my lower back and beyond. After having children, hormones change and hair seems to be effected. Could be worse - I know a woman who has long hair but also hairy arms and legs and face!
