itchy, dry scalp

my scalp is so itchy.. from it being so dry. i put nothing on my hair but shampoo and conditioner. so just wondering wht else can i put on my scalp so the itchy stops!!

  • I sometimes use hand lotion when scalp itches really bad. It worked for not only me but also a friend of mine.

  • Have you tried going no-poo? I make a paste with apple cider vinegar and baking soda.

  • Try a change in Shampoo and/ or conditioner or maybe its where you live. It's so dry where I am but then again...I'm way down in NM. LOL

  • Sulfur8,vo5 hot oil,coconut oil,tea tree oil,baby oil gel,vitamin e oil,try what works and then stick with it !
