this has been going on for a few months. i know i probably fall asleep on my hands some of the time, but most of the time when i am woken up i am not laying on them. and i have to shake them till they wake up so i can go back to sleep. i know i don't have arthritis or carpel tunnel . and i'm not diabetic, so i don't know why my hands fall asleep while i'm sleeping so much. could it just be poor circulation?Answer Question

That happened to me my entire pregnancy. My Dr. gave me wrist braces to wear at night. I believe they are the same type of braces issued to carpel tunnel sufferers. I was sceptical at first, but pleasantly surprised when I began sleeping through the night w/o any more issues!
