An easy ice cream dessert?

I'm looking for an easy ice cream that is different and you can't find in an ice cream shop.

  • Get a box of ice cream bars, a tub of coolwhip, and any ice cream toppings you like. Unwrap 6 bars, and lay in a 9x13 pan, cutting bars as needed to fit. Spread a layer of coolwhip over the layer of bars, and freeze til solid. Put on a 2nd layer of ice cream bars, more coolwhip, and top with your toppings, the freeze again. Keep covered & frozen between servings, if it's not all eaten at once.

Crush oreos, as many as you want. Mix with a bit of melted butter, and press into the bottom of any size pan/container. Let peppermint stick or chocolate mint ice cream set a bit til it's soft enough to spread over the cookie crust. Top with more crushed cookies, chocolate syrup, hot fudge, anything you want, cover, and freeze. You can also use Keebler grasshopper cookies, or Girl Scout thin mints. Can also make in a chocolate pie crust (boughten or homemade).

  • I make a decadent quick ice cream out of a can of coconut milk, 4 ounces of rice milk (or othermilk), one cup of melted choc chips - just melt choc chips in half the coconut milk, and a tsp vanilla. Mix it all up - set in the fridge overnight, then put in the ice cream freezer for about 20 minutes. Sometimes, we eat the cold mixture as choc. mousse for dessert.
