is it safe?

Is it safe to take 2 mutivitmans at one time? I have a horriable cold, possiable FLU can I take 2 vitmans?

  • Some vitamins can be overdosed, so you don't want to take two multivitamins. Get some Vitamin C if you want to dose with extra vitamin. or Echinacea- that supposedly also helps with resistance. I like to use Airborne- it soothes and I think actually help. I've also heard that zicam helps. Also zinc.

    But I start with Airborne.

  • I would take what the directions say that why they are on the box. if you mean a cold pill and your normal vite than i would say yes.

  • Follow the directions - too much of a good thing is not always good. If it has a lot of Iron in it, you need to be especially careful. Just call your dr or pharmacist in the morning and ask to be sure. Hope you feel better soon!

  • I would only take 1 or as directed by the bottle or doctor. You can cause bigger issues than a cold or flu from too much of vitamins.
