Dust first or sweep/mop/vacuum?

Which do you do first dust then vacuum/sweep/mop or vacuum/sweep/mop and then dust?

  • Dust, vacuum, sweep mop. I've always done it in that order, because I feel if you dust last, then you'll get dust all over your clean floors. lol

  • I always clean from the top of the room down - starting at clearing any cobwebs from upper corners near the ceiling and ending with mopping/vacuuming.

  • Me too, deadheadjen....I start at the top of the room & work my way down, first dusting & vacuuming, then mopping. If you dust after you mop & vacuum, then you just get dust all over your clean surfaces.
