  • You can pretty much feed your 18 month old anything that you would eat. Just cut it up small for them and be prepared to clean up the mess!

  • 6 servings of grains, 5 different veggies or fruits, 2 ounces of protein

    Toddlers don't need milk. Cow's milk is for baby cow's:) Up to 2 servings of milk products.
    Juice from a cup 4-6 ounces a day max
    Water is the only other drink

  • Anything you're eating. Just fix a little plate and put it in front of him/her.

    His balanced diet is the same as yours, just smaller serving sizes.

    My kids have been drinking milk since before they were one and they aren't saying "moo" yet unless asked what should a cow makes....
