  • Peppermint tea or the peppermint candies really help a lot eat small meals all day don't let your belly get empty which makes it worse

  • the more snacks you eat the better., Always carry something with you, like crackers etc. When you get an empty stomach your morning sickness can get worse. Also I heard vitamin b6 helps as well, and there are pregnancy lolipops that may help, you can get them at babydepot usually.

  • Water water water water. Cool water sipped slowly was the only thing that helped for me, I couldn't keep anything down for weeks.
Other things that may help: ginger/ginger ale/ginger candy, lemon scented or flavored things, sour candies, mints, seasickness bands, saltine crackers...some women get more sick with dairy, I had to avoid milk and peanut butter, they made it worse.

  • I had morning sickness for the 1st 6 months of my 1st pregnancy. I always did the small snacks through out the day, lemon candies, peppermints, I also got peppermint candles and kept those lit thru out the house which made my tummy feel at ease just smelling them, lots of fluids, and eventually my doctor had to perscribe me reglan for sever morning sickness. Dairy products always made it worse too so you may want to stir clear of that.
