Caucasians do you eat greens?

I find that alot of white people don't know what greens are. Or maybe its just non-southern white people? But have you tried them? Do/did you like them? Have you even heard of them? Turnip, Collard and Mustard greens are the ones I'm talking about

  • I like them alot but it seems like where i live (the northeast) nobody knows how to make them except mushy so they are normally not enjoyable.

  • I love them...just wish I could convince my hubby and kids to give them an honest shot. I'm from Texas, and both of my grandmothers and my mom cooked them when I was growing up. I particulary like turnip greens with turnips and bacon or salt pork...and some cornbread to sop up the juice.
