  • I would mash black beans with my fork, and I fed mine scrambled eggs (some people hold off on this as an allergen, although all recent research I found says that holding off on them doesn't have any benefits). Soft ripe bananas, avocado, mine loved 1/2 blueberries, yogurt.

  • My 7 month olf has no teeth how does yours eat cherrios?? I'm to scared I'm afraid he'll choke. I feel him baby food, yogert, multi grain puffs (which dissolve) and give him teething crackers that he doesn't eat but just chews on. I really wish I could feed him cherrios and stuff

  • ktinaza, Cheerios dissolve like the puffs to. I break them in half so they're small, and he chews with his gums until it's mushy enough to swallow. He has front teeth but uses his sides where molars would be. He chokes on the whole ones but does great with halves.

  • my 7 1/2 month old will eat stage 3 (and has been for the last 2 1/2 months), but now she's eating table food...with the exception of some things. the transition went pretty smoothly for us.
