Do I send the food in tupperware or paper plate and foil paper?

I am making and sending over dinner to this couple who are NEW PARENTS. I am out of tupperware :o( would it be ok to send the food in two plates (one for each person) with foil paper covering them. Or is that tacky? I can run to the store to buy some, if need be.

What do you think?

  • are out of tupperware bc you never get them back.
It is the thought that counts so go ahead and send it with what you have that is so sweet of you :)

  • I really hate parting with my tupperware, because more than likely, it's never seen again. Do you maybe have a disposable pan? 'That's what I will use when I cook for my friend. . . . she's due January.

  • Plates are fine. It's a nice idea, they will be happy to get it.
