I am 5'1 with a small to medium frame, how much should I weigh?

  • I'm the same. 115-125lbs. But don't think 125-135 is overweight. That's how much I weighed when I was weight training.

  • generally if you are 5' you should weigh between 100 and 110 lbs adding 5-10 lbs for every inch so 5'1" would be about 105 - 120.. but as long as you eat healthy, and feel healthy then you dont need to worry about anything. and remember musles weight more than fat. :)

  • 100-115? Depends on how much muscle you have too, if you're really fit/more muscular then the average woman then you might weigh more. You might want to go by body fat percent rather than lbs 18 to 24% would be healthy and lean.

  • I am 5'2" (although it's actually 5'1 3/4") with a small frame and weigh 112 pounds but would like to get to between 105-110. As long as your BMI is between 18 ~ 25 you are considered a healthy weight.

  • I am 4'11 & weigh 110 with a small frame. Everybody always says how small I am, but i don't see it. I have been up to 125 before & wasn't fat, just thich / healthy!
