How would you get starter or what would it take to get started???

How much do you think I can do with my body if I did the elipical for 10 mins. it is better than nothing right I just feel so lazy...I hate it.

I need some kind of uppers...lol

  • Are you drinking enough water? Being even the teeniest bit dehydrated can leave you feeling droopy. Meat and dairy are huge energy sappers; eat lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes.
