  • I'm sorry about your job. What a crappy day to give the news.

My hubby just left on a trip. Something is bound to happen...sick kid, dishwasher goes out, someone steals my purse...all these things happened while he was away. I left out 9/11 and giving birth to our first child....

  • So far been a great day. My husband got promoted at work today to Junior VP salary will double. Tonight he will find out I am expecting twins. He knew I was pregnant but the u/s showed two healthy babies. My daughter was born on a Friday the 13th. Hope things get better for you.

  • I dropped a full cat litter bag in the middle of the driveway this morning. Just the smell to go with coffee...however, that seems to have been the worst of it.

Sorry about your job OP--good thoughts for a new opportunity very soon!

  • My condolences. It's been really tough out there.

In our family, Friday the 13th is usually *good* I'm hoping that the job interview my husband just left pans out. He has a really good feeling about it.
