I love to make Snickerdoodles this time of year. I got this recipe from my Busy People's Christmas cookbook. mmmmm
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar
4 ounces fat-free dessert whipped topping (half of an 8-ounce container)
2 egg whites
1 (18.25-ounce) box white cake mix, dry (do not make as directed)
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
â–ª Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
â–ª Spray three cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray.
â–ª In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon and the sugar.
â–ª In a large mixing bowl combine the whipped topping, egg whites, cake mix, cream of tartar, and flour. The dough will be stiff, but still sticky to the touch.
â–ª Spray your hands with nonfat cooking spray and roll 1 rounded teaspoon of dough at a time in your hands to form a ball.
