  • It's where you concieved, but miscarried and your body reabsorbs the embryo before you can even see it on an ultrasound. it's called a chemical pregnancy because it shows up on pregnancy tests but not on ultrasounds.

  • I agree with the above poster. Your blood test will be postive for HCG as if pregnant, but the numbers should keep going down. Eventually, the pregnacy values should go back to normal values.

  • It's when fetilization occurs but the pregnancy fails very early... usually a BFP on blood or urine test followed by bleeding at or around the time a period was expected. Basically an extremely early m/c.
