My husband is trying out for the police academy today and I want to cook him something special for dinner tonight. What should I cook?

I really need ideas! haha

  • meatloaf cooked in a bundt or tube pan served with mashed potatoes on top to look like frosting.

    it would look just like a donut.

    and serve gravy in a coffee cup.

  • It depends on what he likes. My husband loves meatloaf, so that's what I'd make. A lot of men are steak and potato guys, so maybe that's an idea. :)

  • How about steak and potatoes! You can never go wrong cooking any man steak...unless he doesn't like it, but I don't know any man that doesn't.

  • my SO hates steak. i love steak.
    what about pasta & meat sauce? cook ground beef, get a bottle of ragu, some pasta or speggati, texas toast & parm cheese.
