  • in my country i remember having simply different sandwidges (w/t cottage cheese and tomatos, light salads to go with as of fresh cucumber with sour cream and chives, fish spread, various deli products to put on, hot dogs, eggs made various ways, cereal on milk, fruits, not much of a fried things, pancakes though too). i liked all of them as a kid. not a big deal to get simple, fast, and colorfull dish to catch children's eyes (add raddish, mayo, yellow chees etc. for change, cut veggies with a professional knife) must look good and tastes even better. simply not much mixed ingredients - then they are hardly likely to upset a littlest tummy. i will do breakfasts like that for mine with him growing. make easily distinguishable ingrediants for him on his plates to make wiselike selections in his future life. and get the real taste of every single food..i quess..some of it like the hard-b-eggs or cold salads can be made nightahead

  • whole wheat pancakes with fruit on them, you can make delicious breakfast sandwhiches - get whole wheat bread, or whole wheat bagels, and then put a couple eggs, some cheese and a breakfast meat like bacon sausage or ham & make a sandwhich. or a healthy cereal like kix or special k, with real fruit cut up in it. a glass of OJ of course
